Recently Launched Car Ford Fiesta Classic

Ford India has recently launched its new Ford Fiesta classic on 7th April 2011 in Indian market. The new Ford Fiesta Classic is an upgraded version of the most successful car Ford Fiesta. It comes in three models i.e. LXI, CLXI and SXI in domestic market. The price for this car is Rs 5.58 lakh to Rs. 6.5 lakh in Indian market. It will be available in both petrol and diesel variants and gives tough competition for the sedans like Honda Civic, Maruti SX4 Diesel and other similar sedans in India. The petrol version of this car is equipped with a robust 1.6L engine whereas the diesel version is powered with a 1.4-litre engine.

Speaking on the occasion Managing Director of Ford India Mr. Michael Boneham said “Fiesta Classic represents the appropriate product in the mid-size segment." He also leaked the information that the company is planning to launch a new model of Ford Fiesta in the global market which has been named as Global Fiesta. The Company is planning to launch it by the end of this year.

Coming back to the looks, I would say, it looks masculine. With an amazing, sleek and tilted headlights. The interiors of Fiesta Classic are attractive. Before Figo’s launch in India, its interiors were slightly modified keeping in mind the taste of Indian consumers. It will be interesting to note what they do with this one before it launches in India.
