Hyundai Motor Company which is India’s largest car exporter is planning to introduce its all new model, the Avante, to provide further competition in the Indian market. The company has already introduced Hyundai Avante at the 2010 Beijing Auto show. Hyundai Avante will be available in petrol and diesel versions. In India, the initial launch will be the petrol model and then the diesel. The price of this car is not yet announced meanwhile, the expected price for Hyundai Avante is Rs. 12,00,000- 16,00,000/-. The major competitors for Hyundai Avante in India are Skoda Laura, Toyota Corolla Altis, Honda Accord, Honda Civic, Chevrolet Cruze and Volkswagen Jetta.
